Winter Services – Serving Alderwood to Factoria

TILCO Vanguard has always been known for its prompt and responsive Winter Services. This division makes available our excellent staff and dump trucks, bobcats, backhoes, deicers, sanders, and more when needed. (See map for area outline).

We don’t get a lot of major winter events here in Seattle, but when we do, TILCO Vanguard is always ready, and heading your way!

Sanding………………………….$725.00/hr (min. 3/4 hour)
De-icer……………………………$….7.25/LB placed
Labor (shoveling snow)…….$325.00/per man hour
Sweep up sand………………..$425.00/hr (min. 2 hrs)
Snow plowing…………………$525.00/hr (min. 3 hours)
(In winter conditions it can take several hours to get to your site)

Charges include all allotted times, travel, materials, and loading.

Sleep in….we’ve got you covered.

When you sign up for winter services with TILCO Vanguard you’re on a sequential route, in a specific pre-set order. We will get to your site as fast as we can. No “out of sequence” changes to the route are allowed. If things get a bit wild, we will be there in the quickest possible manner, putting the safety of our team first and foremost.

*Quotes are based on site accessibility (including ease of surrounding neighborhood roadway access) and a “per move-in” basis — due to the unpredictability of snow in the Seattle area, billings occur each time services are required.

“On Call” winter services are not available.
