I’ve hired TILCO Vanguard several times for sealcoat and striping work at our commercial warehouse projects. I’ve been particularly impressed with their communications with our tenants. Because sealcoating necessarily disrupts a facility, it is critical to have a service provider who understands that and works with the owner and tenant to minimize that disruption. TILCO Vanguard stands completely behind their work. I once called out a sealcoat issue and they resealed the entire lot! They have a deep commitment to the industry and they are more knowledgeable than anyone I’ve met in this field.
